Teaching Assistant In B45

Full-Time Teaching Assistant (TA) - B45 Area | Start ASAP | Aspire People

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the B45 area on a full-time, long-term basis, starting as soon as possible.

The Role:

✅ Supporting pupils within the classroom environment
✅ Working closely with the class teacher to support learning and development
✅ Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
✅ Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
✅ Assisting with classroom preparation and daily routines

Requirements:

✔ Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable
✔ Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
✔ Right to work in the UK
