** dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant
** to join a primary school in
** Small Heath**, supporting a Year 2 class on an ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will have previous
** Year 2 experience
** and be confident supporting pupils across the classroom, including children with
** additional learning and behavioural needs**.

** The ideal candidate will have:*

* ** Level 3 Supporting Teaching & Learning qualification or equivalent*
* * Previous experience working within
** Year 2*
* * Experience supporting pupils with
** additional needs*
* * Strong understanding of
** learning and behavioural needs*
* * A calm, patient and nurturing approach

* The ability to build positive relationships with pupils

* Confidence supporting learning both independently and alongside the class teacher

* Flexibility and a proactive attitude
