Hours:
40 hours per week, 38 weeks per year We are looking for a dedicated Data Manager to oversee the management and integrity of student and academic data within a dynamic educational environment. This role is essential for facilitating the effective operation of educational processes through meticulous data management and support in examinations and academic reporting. Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee daily updates and maintain accurate contact details in educational management systems. Coordinate data management for new and departing students during non-standard transition periods. Record and update scholarship information and manage related data groups for accessibility by staff. Collaborate with academic staff to organize schedules for homework and teaching cover, ensuring equitable distribution and clear communication. Support the administration of examinations, including scheduling and logistics, to ensure smooth operation with minimal student conflicts.
Engage with the Learning Support department to accurately document exam accommodations. Prepare and manage detailed examination schedules and oversee invigilation arrangements, adapting for any unforeseen staff absences. Handle the setup and administration of academic reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate report generation and distribution. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience in managing educational data. Proficiency with educational data systems, such as iSAMS and My School Portal. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. A strong commitment to upholding data accuracy and educational integrity. Benefits:
