Full-Time Teaching Assistant (TA) - B13 Area | Start ASAP | Aspire People

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive school in the B13 area on a full-time, long-term basis, with an immediate start available.

The Role:

✅ Supporting pupils in the classroom to achieve their full potential
✅ Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
✅ Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
✅ Promoting positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing
✅ Assisting with classroom preparation and daily activities

Requirements:

✔ Previous experience working with children in a school setting is desirable
✔ A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
✔ Right to work in the UK
