We are exclusively partnering with a specialist alternative education provider seeking passionate and resilient Maths Teachers to join their growing team.

Working within small groups and 1:1 environments, you’ll have the chance to deliver creative, engaging, and meaningful Maths lessons that support both academic progress and personal development.

Key responsibilities- Delivering differentiated Maths lessons in small groups and 1:1 settings
- Planning engaging and purposeful learning activities
- Tracking learner progress and completing assessments and reporting
- Supporting behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation
- Building positive relationships with learners, families, and external agencies
- Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and support teams
- Contributing to curriculum development and resource creation
- Maintaining safeguarding and compliance standards
- QTS, QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience planning and delivering Maths lessons
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A real ability to relate to learners & breakdown barriers
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Experience with in Alternative Provision, PRUs, SEN, or specialist education
- Experience supporting learners with SEMH or additional needs
- IQA qualification
