£100-£120 per day | Flexible, Full-Time & Part-Time Work

Aspire People is looking for confident Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools throughout Birmingham and Solihull.

With schools now back for the new academic year, we are looking to increase our pool of reliable staff who can step into the classroom when teachers are absent.

Work can range from individual days and flexible weekly supply through to regular full-time and longer-term positions.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes across KS3 and KS4, deliver work already set by the class teacher, manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain focused throughout the lesson.

You do not need QTS for this role. We are interested in experienced Cover Supervisors as well as graduates, Teaching Assistants, sports coaches and people with previous experience working with secondary-aged young people.

You will need to be confident leading a classroom, have strong behaviour management skills and be reliable when accepting school bookings.

Aspire People can offer £100-£120 per day, weekly pay, flexible work around your availability and opportunities across Birmingham and Solihull.
