The role involves working 1:1 with pupils with complex EYFS needs, alongside supporting two other pupils on reduced timetables and helping as a general TA within the Reception class. The children have a range of additional needs, including:
- Non‑verbal communication
- Severe ASD
- Complex EYFS needs
- Personal care, including nappy changing
- Challenging behaviours such as scratching, punching, and pushing
The school needs someone calm, confident and consistent who can build a strong relationship with the children and provide clear, firm boundaries. The pupil responds particularly well to a warm but firm, nurturing approach.

- 8:15am–3:15pm

- IMPORTANT:
An EYFS/Early Years qualification is ESSENTIAL for this role.
Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
