Job contextThe College of Arts and Law Marketing and Recruitment Team organise and facilitate recruitment events such as Open Days and Offer-holder Visit Days, as well as outreach and international events, in order to ensure the College meets its undergraduate student target. Alongside this, the team also facilitates various marketing activities, such as digital content and marketing collateral, in order to promote the College’s undergraduate degree programmes.
Job SummaryThe role involves supporting the College of Arts and Law Marketing and Recruitment Team in marketing initiatives and recruitment activities, with the aim of encouraging prospective students to apply to the University of Birmingham and offer-holders to select Birmingham as their firm choice.
Ambassadors are employed to support young people during activities and offer advice and knowledge to future students, their carers and teachers. Ambassadors may be involved in activities such as delivering presentations to large audiences and leading campus tours. Ambassadors may also be involved with creating engaging content to be used in marketing activities such as digital content and marketing collateral.
Main dutiesYou will be managed by a member of the College of Arts and Law Marketing and Recruitment Team, who will direct your work and priorities.
