We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Exams Invigilators to join our dedicated team at Hodge Hill Girls’ School.

Our exams team plays an essential role in ensuring that examinations run smoothly and fairly, creating a calm and supportive environment where every student has the opportunity to perform to the best of their ability.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

• Has a strong commitment to improving outcomes and opportunities for young people. Is organised, punctual and able to follow examination procedures and instructions accurately.
• Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain a calm, focused and orderly examination environment.
• Can communicate effectively with students, colleagues and other members of the school community.
• Have high expectations of student behaviour and are confident in maintaining discipline in accordance with school and examination regulations.
• Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.
• Works collaboratively and is committed to contributing positively to the wider life of the school.
