Aspire People are looking for qualified teachers with QTS to support SEND schools across Birmingham. We have opportunities for teachers looking for day-to-day supply, short-term cover and longer-term assignments.
We are particularly interested in teachers with experience supporting pupils with:- Autism / ASD
- ADHD
- SEMH and challenging behaviour
- Complex needs
- Learning difficulties
- SLD / MLD
- PMLD
You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, adapting learning to meet individual needs and creating a positive, structured classroom environment.
The ideal candidate will have:- QTS
- Recent teaching experience within a UK school
- Experience working with pupils with SEND
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
- A flexible and patient approach
- The ability to adapt teaching to individual needs
