Prospero Teaching is recruiting on behalf of a Nursery school which is attached to an Academy Primary school is seeking a Room Lead 5 days a week, the school require the lead to have experience in EYFS, management and have paediatric First Aid. The ideal candidate will be local and able to work Monday
- Friday 8.30- 16.00 and have knowledge of ASD for which they have 5 children on EHCPs or un-diagnosed but referred to CAHMS. The nursery pride themselves on inclusion, referring early and they have an on site SENco.

• Level 3 in Early Years
• Room Lead Experience (private Day or management in school)
• Paediatric First Aid
• Learning through play lead
• Experience with SALT intervention
• Driver
• Available Full-time (term time only)
• SEN inclusion awareness and driven

• Key Children - 5 Children on EHCPs/ deferred to CAHMS for ADHD/ ASD
• SEN awareness as they are an inclusion focused learning provider
• Be willing to lead a team of Teachers and TA's
• They are at capacity with pupils on rotation, but are extending the site, so someone who can support with operations on this
• Create a warm,inclusive, positive and nurturing atmosphere for children, parents and colleagues
• They pride themselves on great staff retention, and would like to welcome a committed leader
• Ensure all staff are compliant with training, CPD and interventions

• SALT training and CPD to support speech and Language
• Lego Therapy training to promote learning through play and sensory development
• Refreshers on First Aid
