The BOA Group is seeking to appoint a motivated and dedicated Teacher of English to join the team at BOA Digital Technologies Academy. We are looking for an excellent classroom practitioner who can deliver high-quality teaching, build strong subject knowledge and help every student make progress.

THE ROLE:BOA Digital Technologies Academy is seeking an exceptional Teacher of English to join a committed team. The role will be primarily based at BOA Digital Technologies Academy, with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across the BOA Group.
You will plan and deliver engaging English lessons that develop students' understanding of language and literature. You will help students read widely and critically, communicate clearly, and write with accuracy and purpose. You will use assessment to identify gaps in learning, adapt your teaching to meet students' needs and support them to achieve ambitious outcomes.
You will contribute to the development of the English curriculum and work closely with colleagues to share effective practice. We are looking for someone who sets high expectations, builds positive relationships and helps students recognise the value of English in their learning and future lives.
