Flexible Teaching Hours Morgan Hunt are currently working with a well-established college in Birmingham to recruit experienced ESOL Lecturers for a short-term temporary assignment starting as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified ESOL professionals looking for flexible teaching hours, whether you're available for multiple days per week or just a single session.
- Tuesday (daytime)
- Tuesday evening
- Thursday
- Friday
The college is happy to consider candidates who can cover all sessions or just one of the available days.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective ESOL lessons to learners from a range of backgrounds and ability levels.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports learner progression and achievement.
- Prepare lesson materials and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learner needs.
- Monitor attendance, assess learner progress, and maintain accurate records where required.
- Support learners in developing their English language skills for further study, employment, and everyday life.
- Previous experience teaching ESOL within Further Education, Adult Education, Community Learning, or a similar setting.
- A recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, DTESOL, CELTA, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A learner-focused approach and passion for supporting student success.
- Competitive rate of up to £35 per hour
