We are currently recruiting reliable, confident, and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join the team at Tudor Grange Academy, Solihull
. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and high-achieving school community.

As a Cover Supervisor, you ll:

• Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain classroom engagement.
• Manage behaviour in line with the school s policies.
• Support students with their learning and development as needed.

• Experience working with young people (ideally within a school environment).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach.
• A genuine interest in supporting student progress and wellbeing.

This role is ideal for graduates, teaching assistants, or individuals considering a career in education who want to gain valuable classroom experience.
