Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Classroom Delivery: Deliver set cover work effectively ensuring students remain focused supported and on-task throughout each lesson.

• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive orderly learning environment by applying each individual schools behaviour management policies.

• Adaptability: Confidently teach across a range of subjects and age groups within Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

• Professionalism: Provide concise feedback to regular class teachers at the end of the day and ensure classrooms are left tidy and organized.

• Qualifications & Skills: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE strong classroom management flexibility and a clear Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service.
