Level 3 Early Years Practitioner - Tipton

Do you love working with children and helping them take their first steps in learning?
We are looking for a motivated, nurturing and reliable Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work within a nursery setting in Tipton. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a positive environment where children feel safe, supported and encouraged to explore the world around them.
The Role:- Deliver fun, creative and educational activities in line with the EYFS.
- Support children's learning, development and individual needs.
- Monitor children's progress and contribute to observations and assessments.
- Encourage positive behaviour, independence and social interaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe and stimulating environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers and the wider nursery team.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety and setting procedures.
- A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
- Experience working in a nursery or early years environment (preferred).
- A warm, caring and patient approach.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A good understanding of child development and the EYFS.
- A commitment to safeguarding and children's wellbeing.
