The Education Network is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant in Walsall to help students with SEMH needs re-engage with education in a structured environment. The role involves 1-2-1 and small group support, aiding focus in lessons, and promoting positive behaviour in collaboration with teachers and pastoral staff.
Previous school-based experience is essential, with Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) highly desirable.
