Examinations Officer

This term-time Examinations Officer post at The Orme Academy, part of Shaw Education Trust, covers the school's exam administration under senior leaders. The work is to coordinate each stage of the exam process to examination board rules, oversee and brief invigilators, and provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team. The hours are 37 a week across term time, plus eight INSET days, three of them in exam results week in summer.

Visa sponsorship is not available, and the post starts on 19 October 2026.

• Coordinate and administer all aspects of the school's examination processes
• Ensure examinations run smoothly and in line with examination board requirements
• Oversee and support invigilators, briefing them on exam arrangements, candidate requirements and special access arrangements
• Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
• Contribute to the management of the school's operational activities
