The Hive College, part of Education Impact Academy Trust, seeks a Transition and Destination Leader to head the Placement Team for 19–25 year olds with SEND. The role focuses on securing work placements and planning social destinations to support progression into adulthood.
You will need a Level 5 careers advice and guidance qualification and will join in Spring Term 2027 with no visa sponsorship, contributing to local employer engagement and student outcomes within the wider community.
