Merstone School in Solihull is seeking a Band B 1:1 Learning Support Assistant on a fixed-term basis until 31 August 2026. The role supports pupils with Severe & Complex Learning Disabilities, aged 2-19, in a well-resourced campus with a strong safeguarding focus.
The successful candidate will have Level 2 childcare qualifications and GCSEs in maths/English, with desirable SEN/ASD experience and first aid skills. 39 weeks per year, 8.45am-3.45pm, 32.5 hours weekly.
