Royal Air Forces Association is hiring RAFAKidz Nursery Room Leader at RAF Cosford, Albrighton. You will lead a stimulating early years setting, mentor staff and drive learning outcomes in line with EYFS.
The role requires hands-on leadership, a minimum of one year at Level 3, and Paediatric First Aid certification. 38 hours per week with opportunities for development and travel between settings.
