Salary:
Up to £35,000 per annum
Contract:
6-month FTC, with a strong likelihood of extension or permanent employment.
Role Purpose
An opportunity to develop a career in EPOS and IT training within the hospitality sector. You’ll initially deliver training remotely to clients, before transitioning into a field-based role involving regular travel to customer sites.
Direct EPOS experience isn't essential. We're interested in people who are IT-savvy, confident communicators and enjoy working with others. Previous experience delivering IT training, classroom sessions or teaching people how to use software would be advantageous.
This could also suit someone with a hospitality background who is looking to move away from long hours and evening shifts into a more structured career within technology and training.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver online and onsite training on software products and systems to new and existing clients.
* Prepare for training sessions and develop an understanding of relevant systems and features.
* Build positive relationships with clients and provide a professional, engaging training experience.
* Communicate with internal teams regarding system changes, updates and any issues identified.
* Manage training schedules, administration and follow-up tasks.
* Maintain accurate training records and upload documentation to Asana.
* Arrange travel and accommodation when required.
* Follow company procedures, data security and health and safety requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
* Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
* Able to build rapport and deliver a positive customer experience.
* IT-savvy, with an interest in software and technology.
* Previous experience teaching, training or demonstrating IT systems is advantageous, but not essential.
* Highly organised, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
* Professional approach and strong attention to detail.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car, as the role will become field-based after the initial six months.
