This is a fantastic opportunity to support students across KS3 and KS4, build positive relationships and help young people achieve their potential.

• Supporting students in the classroom across KS3 and KS4
• Providing 1:1 and small-group learning support
• Assisting teachers with lessons and classroom activities
• Encouraging positive behaviour and student engagement
• Helping students build confidence and independence

• Experience working with children or young people
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A positive, patient and proactive attitude
• Confidence supporting secondary-aged students
• A genuine passion for education
• Secondary school experience is desirable, but transferable experience is also welcomed!

• Competitive pay of £90–£120 per day
