Solar Technician; O&M

We are seeking a skilled Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Technician to join our growing renewable energy team. This is a permanent role starting in January
, supporting the maintenance of large-scale solar farms across the UK.

The role involves travelling to various sites nationwide.

Carry out planned preventative maintenance on solar PV plants.

Respond to reactive maintenance call-outs to diagnose and repair faults.

Perform inspections, testing, and reporting on system performance.

Support high-voltage (HV) operations and switching (training provided if required).

Ensure compliance with HSE standards and site procedures.

Work collaboratively with the wider O&M team to deliver high-quality service.

Experience in solar PV O&M, electrical maintenance, or a similar field.

Willingness to travel across the UK (van and fuel card provided).

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of HV systems desirable (training will be provided if needed).

Full UK driving licence.

Bonus: 8% performance-related bonus.
