ASTUTE Technical Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of its Power team, is recruiting a Plant Manager / 11kV SAP for a Biomass site in Lincolnshire. The role offers a salary up to £60,000 plus benefits and a path to lead safe, efficient operation of a CHP plant.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will serve as the Senior Authorised Person for high‑voltage switching, oversee outages, drive reliability and compliance, and manage budgets.
