Green Recruitment Company is currently seeking experienced Blade Technicians (IRATA Level
3) to support offshore wind projects across Europe. The role involves blade inspection, maintenance and repair on turbine blades, with rotation schedules and attractive rates.
You will conduct rope access per IRATA, perform composite and leading-edge repairs, and complete documentation while adhering to safety standards. Offshore campaigns offer 12-hour days, 2/2 rotation, and travel days covered.
