Our Birmingham Cost Management team continues to grow, with specific growth demand within the Commercial, Industrial and Logistics, Residential and Education markets where we have successfully secured positions with many high-profile clients and some key local projects and programs in the industry. As a direct result of this growth, we are currently seeking an Associate Cost Manager to join our Birmingham team.
You will be expected to work as part of an integrated team, with the role of Associate Cost Manager covering the whole project lifecycle from initial inception and business case development, through the design process, procurement process, site delivery, commissioning phase and defects management.
As an Associate Cost Manager, you will also play a key role in the development and mentorship of junior staff members
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Lead and Deliver:Drive project delivery on our cost management commissions to meet time, budget, and quality requirements, while fostering collaboration among clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
- Client-Centric Excellence:Strengthen client relationships by delivering an exceptional service, aligning project outcomes with client objectives and contributing to the business’ growth.
- Team Leadership and Development:Mentor and support junior members of our team in their career development, contribute to talent development initiatives and champion a positive, high-performance team culture.
- Industry Engagement and Growth:Support bids and business development activities, engage with industry forums and networking events, and take ownership of your professional growth and knowledge-sharing within the organisation.
