Your new roleAs our new CDM Consultant, you will need to be an experienced Principal Designer/CDM professional, ideally with a background in design. The successful candidate can be based from any of our UK offices as we offer flexible hybrid working, with the expectation that they will travel to client sites once a week.
Your key responsibilities- Delivering Principal Designer/Client CDM Adviser services in a multi‑disciplinary project environment.
- In‑house CDM advisor to UK Ramboll markets including Buildings, Highways, Transport, Energy, Environment & Health, Water and Managing Consulting.
- Working with colleagues to develop and market broad construction risk management services, both in the UK and overseas.
- Proposal and Client services development.
- Establish close links with engineering/design groups across Ramboll UK.
- Supporting wider H&S projects as required.

Requirements- Qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in construction/design related discipline.
- NEBOSH Construction (or equivalent) and/or H&S qualifications.
- Professional affiliation with APS, IOSH or CIOB.
- Broad sector experience supporting Clients with CDM strategies, fulfilling client duties and acting as Principal Designer (defined under the Construction, Design and Management Regulations 2015).
- Knowledgeable in design risk management process and techniques.
- Possession of good technical writing, communication and client‑facing skills.
