An excellent opportunity for a Dental Field Service Engineer to join a well‑respected market‑leader in dental equipment, offering excellent product training and good potential for career development.

£40K – £55K depending upon experience, plus company vehicle and excellent benefits package including contributory pension scheme and comprehensive manufacturer‑based product training.

• Service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of a range of dental equipment at dental practices across the Midlands.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for X‑ray machines, suction devices, autoclaves, dental chairs and other associated equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service visits and parts usage.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, demonstrating confidence and professionalism in all customer‑facing interactions.

• Strong background working in a customer‑facing Field Service Engineer role.
• Experience as an ex‑HM Forces Engineer (REME, Navy or RAF) with an electro‑mechanical or electronic service background.
• Service engineering experience with dental equipment, autoclaves, washer disinfectors, biomedical equipment or medical devices.
• General electrical‑mechanical skills and proven customer‑service aptitude.

• First‑class product training, recognised by the industry and delivered on an ongoing basis as new products are introduced.
