Civil Technician

This consultancy is a UK-leading independent and employee-owned multi-disciplinary consultancy who are specialists in residential and commercial projects. They are growing their Birmingham team and are looking for a Civil Technician to join their successful team.

What you need to succeed:

• Competent and highly efficient in the use of AutoCAD.
• Competent in the use of all Microsoft Office 365 – including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Will ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related subject.
• Site 3D / Causeway Flow experience would be advantageous.

The role:

• Preparing drawings to support residential and commercial planning applications.
• Preparing drawings to support s38, s104, and s278 applications.
• Preparing engineering base plans to support the detailed design of residential sites.
• Liaising directly with clients when necessary.
