Due to expansion, my client is seeking field service engineers who want to specialise in their craft. They will ensure that you are well equipped to do the best job possible while ensuring you are highly knowledgeable of products through manufacturer training. Engineers and technicians who are looking to develop in a busy environment will thrive in this position.

Your Duties:

* Diagnostics, service and repair of diesel engines and transmission systems across a range of equipment and plant

* Reassembly of engines, transmissions, axles, and transfer cases to OEM specifications

* Calibration of tools and equipment

* Covering the Central and East Midlands region

Your Experience

* Field service engineers or technicians from a commercial automotive background (HGV, LGV master technicians, plant, materials handling or similar)

* Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostics skills

* Experience working with diesel engines/transmissions

* Good knowledge of diagnostic tooling and equipment
