The Role

This Associate Structural Engineer position provides an opportunity to take a leadership role in structural design and delivery, while helping to shape technical excellence across a varied project portfolio.

  • Lead and contribute to structural engineering design on a variety of projects
  • Prepare and review calculations, technical reports, specifications, and detailed drawings
  • Take responsibility for design coordination, technical quality, and compliance with standards
  • Lead project stages, ensuring successful delivery aligned with programme and budget
  • Coordinate with architects, clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary consultants
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior members of the team
  • Attend client meetings, design reviews, and construction site visits
  • Support business development activities and client relationships where appropriate
