Our client is a well-established Consultancy who work across a range of sectors including Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geo Environmental and Traffic & Transport. They work on a range of different project types such as Residential, Industrial, Health Care, Education, Retail, Hotel & Leisure, Offices and Historic Buildings.

They are now on the lookout for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their growing team in their Birmingham office.

In this role you will be responsible for planning and monitoring workloads to achieve project demands, communicating and taking a leadership role in the project team to provide a professional service, develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing technical advise to clients and keeping them updated throughout the project cycle, provide solutions to technical problems, create technical reports, have input into company initiatives and objectives, attend courses and professional meetings as and when required and support junior engineers.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum of 10 years' experience working within a Structural Engineering role as well as hold a relevant degree to Structural Engineering. Being chartered is advantageous but not essential as this is something the client can support the successful candidate with.
