Job DescriptionAs a Electronics Engineer
, you will join our team in Birmingham to support our activities within the Aerospace sector
.
You will work on electronics test and operational activities supporting aerospace products throughout their test and validation lifecycle. The role involves hands‑on testing, fault finding, and supporting operational readiness within a regulated, high‑integrity aerospace environment.

- Perform electronics testing and operational activities on aerospace systems and equipment.
- Support test execution, data capture, and reporting in line with defined procedures.
- Carry out fault finding and troubleshooting on electronic assemblies.
- Support test readiness and day‑to‑day operational activities within the test environment.
- Work closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
- Experience in electronics testing within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and test procedures.
- Hands‑on experience with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a regulated environment.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
- Proven experience in electronics test, production test, or operations support.
- Understanding of engineering documentation and quality processes.
- Aerospace industry experience, ideally supporting OEM or Tier 1 suppliers.
- Experience with environmental, functional, or system‑level testing.
- Familiarity with aerospace standards and procedures.
- Eligibility for security clearance.
