• Carry out M&E surveys across buildings, infrastructure, and utilities
• Produce clear reports, scopes of work, and cost estimates
• Diagnose defects and propose practical, value-for-money solutions
• Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety requirements
• Support long-term asset planning with accurate data and professional insight

• 5+ years' technical/surveying experience within construction or FM
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and building services
• Knowledge of regulations, building standards, and health & safety practices
• Confident with Microsoft Office and asset databases
• Detail‑focused, proactive, and able to communicate clearly
• Minimum HNC in a mechanical/electrical discipline (degree desirable)
• Relevant H&S training (IOSH/NEBOSH) and ability to obtain security clearance
