Director of Highways & Infrastructure £115,000 plus a generous benefits package This leading multidisciplinary group of Engineers and Planners are keen to make a key appointment within their Infrastructure business which continues to win and deliver some exceptional projects. The Technical Director & National Service Line Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic, technical, and growth of the Highways & Infrastructure discipline within group.

The role leads national service line strategy, ensures technical excellence, drives business growth, and oversees the delivery of high quality engineering solutions across all sizes of highways and infrastructure projects. The position requires a strong mix of leadership, client engagement, technical authority, commercial acumen, with a focus on developing a high performing team and ensuring consistent national delivery standards. In more detail the Discipline Lead will focus on:

- Highways & Infrastructure ROLE KPIs, Innovation and develop smart products that maximise commercial value to the business. Ensure that initiatives become part of mainstream practice by actively marketing these to existing and prospective clients.
