A global leader in advanced engineered solutions is seeking a UK Sales Manager to drive growth across its packaged HVAC plant rooms and substation solutions—purpose‑built for the booming data centre market.

If you know how to turn complex technical solutions into compelling value for consultants, contractors, and major operators, this role puts you at the centre of the action.

Where You’ll Be Based

This is a senior UK‑wide role with easy access to customers along key infrastructure corridors. Ideal candidate locations include:

London, Reading, Slough, Watford, Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, Preston, and anywhere along the M6 corridor.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the commercial face of this high‑growth product line, you’ll:

Lead sales of turnkey HVAC plant rooms, modular energy centres, and prefabricated mechanical systems for mission‑critical facilities

Build deep relationships with MEP consultants, developers, design houses, hyperscale operators, and specialist contractors

Secure early‑stage specification and position the technology at the forefront of major data‑centre build programs

Drive demand creation by showcasing the benefits of factory‑built reliability, speed‑to‑site, reduced risk, and sustainable performance

Work closely with solutions engineering teams to translate client needs into fully configured solutions

Maintain a strong, predictable pipeline using CRM tools and structured governance

Champion value‑based selling—focusing on lifecycle performance, speed of deployment, and compliance advantages

This is a strategic, high‑impact sales role where you won’t just support the market—you’ll help shape it.

What You’ll Bring

Strong experience selling HVAC systems, modular mechanical solutions, plant rooms, district energy equipment, or related technical infrastructure

A network within the data centre ecosystem—consultants, contractors, or end users

Ability to influence early design decisions and secure BOD (Basis of Design) positions

Proven capability in high‑value, consultative, long‑cycle sales

Technical confidence matched with excellent stakeholder communication

A self‑driven, commercially sharp mindset with the ability to own a region and make it grow
