Structural Engineer near Brighton BN15 • £35k-£65k. Would you like to work near Brighton in a social and fun office? Do you have a minimum of 2 years of buildings design experience; live locally and have no visa requirements?

• Structural design, structural reports, site inspections and surveys, assessments of existing and listed buildings and providing technical recommendations.

• Minimum of 2 years of buildings design experience.
• Aim to achieve Chartered status; excellent support will be provided.
• Good communication skills and strong technical problem solving abilities.
• Live locally near Brighton with no visa requirements.
• Experience in residential sector projects (private clients) and some small commercial schemes.

This structural consultancy is part of a larger group of companies, including an architecture firm and construction and joinery firm, all housed together in one office near Brighton, with another office near Eastbourne (option to work out of either). The company group has around 90 staff in total, with approximately 25 office based staff. The structural engineering team is small and looking to expand as they are so busy.

The projects are mainly in the residential sector, often for private clients, as well as some small commercial schemes.
