Rate: 40,000

Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Shift Engineer to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well established client within the FM space.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out a variety of works required across PPM and reactive Mechanical or plumbing bias, AHU & FCU maintenance and repairs, installs and pipe fitting.
- Deliver high-quality maintenance across the site.
- Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard.
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits.
- NVQ or City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering / plumbing, will also consider time served.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable).
- Long-term opportunity & progression, upskilling available.
