An exciting opportunity for a Graduate Engineer to join a leading national Tier 1 main contractor delivering large-scale industrial and logistics developments across the UK. The role offers excellent exposure to live construction sites, structured training, and clear career progression within a high-performing project delivery team.
You will support the engineering and site management teams in the technical, commercial, and operational delivery of projects, gaining hands-on experience across all stages of construction.
Key Responsibilities- Assist site and project engineers with setting out, quality control, and technical coordination
- Support the delivery of industrial and logistics projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical information
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure works are delivered safely and accurately
- Monitor progress against programme and report on site activities
- Support compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement on site
- Degree qualified (or soon to be) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline
- Strong desire to develop a long-term career with a Tier 1 main contractor
- Willingness to travel nationally and stay away from home as required by project needs
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced site environment
- Full UK driving licence (preferred/essential depending on site location)
