Products Solution Engineer

Location: Birmigham, Glasgow, London (hybrid)

Summary:

We are looking for a Products Solution Engineer to be apart of our clients European hub for technical Pre‑Sales. You will be responsible for capturing market opportunities within the Electric Utilities industry. This role requires an understanding of Protection & Control within the Electric Transmission or Distribution industry and ideally you will have an understanding of Ethernet communication and Cyber Security.

• To give in depth technical support across pre‑sales to assist the sales teams.
• To be the customer interface and provide technical solutions against client issues - provide technical demos and product presentations
• To have the relevant knowledge in a single product or product line.
• Able to contribute to on‑site implementation of products and services, and create working prototypes to validate and showcase solution feasibility.
