Project Controls Manager (PMCM) – WSP, UK & Ireland

• Support Project Controls functions across railway and infrastructure projects from feasibility to operation, including schedule, cost, change, risk and opportunity management.
• Engage the supply base, ensuring supplier information integration, progress measurement and timely delivery of cost, progress and programming data.
• Provide technical support and problem‑solving across the Projects and Controls (PM&C) portfolio.
• Execute best‑practice project administration to achieve close project control and accurate forecasting.
• Optimize resource planning for project commitments and technical staff utilisation.
• Support bid activities, client liaison on upcoming projects and broader business initiatives.

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Pathway to chartership or Chartered Membership of a relevant professional body.
• Experience in railway, metro or transport project delivery (design or construction) an advantage.
• Proven ability to work effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and data verification skills.
• Client relationship management experience in a consultancy environment.
• Experience with Power Query / Power BI and established reporting/planning/contract management tools.
