About the Role
We are a global building services consultancy looking for a recent graduate in mechanical or electrical engineering to join our growing asset management team in Birmingham. The role involves supporting the delivery of M&E Condition Surveys across a variety of public and private sector projects.
Key Responsibilities- Log, tag and create condition reports for all mechanical and electrical assets within diverse environments.
- Conduct M&E condition surveys and asset verification.
- Identify plant conditions and perform compliance audits.
- Contribute to the broader asset management portfolio across sectors such as water, environment, infrastructure, resource management, and energy.
• Recent graduate in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work within a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop independence in performing surveys and managing workload.
