Hydro-Mechanical Technician

  Marston Green, Birmingham B33
• Pay Rate: £21.43 per hour plus shift allowance once trained
• Hours:
  
  37 per week Monday to Friday, early finish on Fridays

• Build and evaluate hydromechanical fuel systems, including fuel metering units, fuel pumps, and various military products.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of technicians, contributing to a culture of openness and shared success.
• Utilise analytical skills to troubleshoot repairs and resolve challenges.
• Participate in initiatives that enhance operational processes and efficiency.

• Education:
  
  HNC/HND level in hydro‑mechanical engineering or relevant experience.
• Experience:
  
  Prior aerospace engineering experience desirable but not mandatory.
• Attention to detail:
  Meticulous approach to ensuring quality in every task.
• Adaptability:
  Ability to cope with new demands and solve unexpected problems efficiently.
• Communication skills:
  Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration within a team or independently.
• Technical knowledge:
  Familiarity with mechanical and fluid systems and manufacturing processes.
