This is a permanent role working a continental 4 on / 4 off shift pattern for a well‑established international manufacturer in the Birmingham area.
The business continues to invest heavily in its engineering capability, plant infrastructure and operational performance — creating an opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a team focused on reliability, continuous improvement and long‑term plant performance.
This role would suit an engineer who enjoys a technically varied environment and wants to be part of a team focused on improving reliability and engineering out repeat failures rather than purely reacting to breakdowns.
