Location: Tyseley
Map Talent is looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 Building Regulations Expert to provide technical guidance on compliance for a variety of construction projects across multiple sectors, including Education and Healthcare.
This role offers a hybrid working model and requires strong interpersonal skills and a solid technical understanding of building regulations. Responsibilities include liaising with project teams, maintaining compliance documentation, and mentoring design managers.
Applicants must hold relevant Building Control accreditation and possess previous experience as a Registered Building Inspector.
