Have you recently graduated from 2024, 2025 with a 2:1 (or projected for 2026) or above in a Master's degree in a relevant Civil Engineering?

What is the Graduate Programme?
Lasting 3 years, the programme will be involved in live projects that deliver strategic growth, by building our future infrastructure. As passenger numbers rise, it's vital we grow our infrastructure capacity and deliver our sustainability goals. Focused on civil work within an airport environment.
You will play a part in this growth working across field and project engineer teams across a wide variety of business areas and projects that cover every aspect of the airport ecosystem. Surface access, car parks, terminal buildings or out on our airfield.
You will gain a unique insight into the inner workings of our business rotating across Construction and Field / Project Engineering and experiencing different roles and programmes. With the convenience of being on an amazing single campus.
As well as giving you exposure to innovative projects in a fast paced environment this role can also offer you:

Do you have what we're looking for?
- Minimum 2:1 Master's degree (graduated 2024, 2025, or projected for 2026) in Civil Engineering, or includes these subject modules covered as a core discipline.
- Driving licence
- Keen interest in the Construction sector and being involved in active construction projects
- Logical thinker with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Highly numerate, with an understanding of Data analysis
