This is a full-time, a mobile role for a Building Services Engineer located in Birmingham. The role involves performing routine building maintenance, diagnosing and repairing technical issues, and ensuring facility systems are efficiently functioning. The engineer will be responsible for attending call-outs, managing repairs, and maintaining compliance with relevant safety and operational standards.

• Experience and skills in Building Services and Building Maintenance.
• Knowledge of Facility Management (FM) principles and the ability to oversee building operations efficiently.
• Proficiency in Electrical Engineering and understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in addressing maintenance and repair challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, on-site environment.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards and certifications (preferred).
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in engineering, building services, or related fields.
