• Provide real-time leadership on the shift and ensure people, operational, and business requirements are met.
• Maintain equipment associated with production, packaging, and distribution through preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose technical malfunctions or failures and apply appropriate remedies following work instructions.
• Apply safe working practices on complex mechanical systems, lead by example, and follow company and legislative safety protocols.
• Coach and develop electrical technicians and manufacturing team members.
• Develop and support DCS systems and create preventative and predictive maintenance programs to meet asset operating commitments.

• Minimum of four GCSEs or equivalent, including Mathematics and English.
• Working towards or having achieved an HNC/HND (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
• Recognised apprenticeship in a relevant field, ideally NVQ Level 3, with hands-on experience in manufacturing/FMCG environments.
