Job Description

An experienced Job Running Technical Architect is required to join the practice to compliment the existing team. Main job role is to manage and coordinate working drawing packages with large Contractors on contracts valued between £10million and £40million.

• Producing CAD drawings and working to tight programmes.
• Tight contract administration.
• Coordinating statutory consultees, sub‑contractors information, etc.
• Attending site meetings.

Base salary is negotiable dependant on experience with an excellent benefits package. In addition personal training & development is on offer which will lead to career progression through the company for the right candidate.

The Successful Applicant

• Must be CAD proficient. REVIT is not essential but desirable.
• Capable of producing high quality complex technical details team with first‑class contract management skills.
• You will feel at ease leading, coordinating and managing projects successfully to completion.
• This person must be a good communicator.
• Fully conversant with NHBCs and Building Regulations and all other statutory consultees.
• Will have experience in the delivery of multi‑storey buildings.
• Will have experience in the extra‑care/health sector.
